Below are the steps on how to sign up to the service as a member.

STEP 1

Get Our Attention

Complete our form and we will give you a call to discuss the E-Learning programme in more detail and get you set up with a unique company username and password for you to log in to the member’s area on www.menteportal.com.

STEP 2

Log Into Your Mente Members Account

Log in with the details we give you on www.menteportal.com. You can change your company password as soon as you log in. Each staff member can then log in to the members portal, change their password and view and sit the courses at a convenient time. Courses and surveys can be accessed at home, work and on any device or browser. For companies who wish to retain their own brand, no problem we can simply white label the portal to you at a small cost.

STEP 3

View Your Management Dashboard

Management Dashboard

The management dashboard allows you to:

  • See the progress of those sitting the courses (passed or in-progress).
  • Record and retain the information electronically for HR risk assessment (compliant with GDPR).
  • Access the anonymised results of the employee feedback survey allowing you to break down any areas causing staff poor mental wellbeing. At no time will you have access to see which staff completed the survey.
