Her passion and skill set has enabled her to launch the first digital platform designed to bringing evidenced based compliance and mental health awareness together.
As well as designing and implementing solutions, she leads the way in forming strategic relationships to create powerfully performing teams.
Rob is responsible for corporate governance and providing strategic guidance as well as growth funding advice to the business.
He is a Chartered Banker with nearly 40 years’ experience of working with and supporting growing businesses. He is co-owner and founder of Innovation Capital Team LLP, a corporate finance and consultancy firm focused in the tech and digital space.
Rob holds a number of director and advisory roles in the UK covering domestic and export markets and is working with a portfolio of fast-growing businesses through executive and non-executive roles.

Wayne has over 40 years industry experience in Health Insurance & Employee Wellbeing and was chairman of The Association of Medical Insurers and Intermediaries (AMII) for 3 years.
A former recipient of the Health Insurance Lifetime Achievement Award, Wayne has joined us as an independent non-executive consultant to focus on the intermediary insurance market and to develop a robust distribution strategy.
He brings a wealth of experience from the professional healthcare sector with his solutions consultancy, with activity focused on health insurance and health and wellbeing solutions for companies and individuals. He sits on the board of directors at Nugent Sante, where he is the Non-Executive Chairman.

Len has over 40 years of business experience and specialises in franchising.
In his long career he has built and sold four different businesses all in different sectors.
An entrepreneur in residence at Lancaster University, his commitment to business continues with his role at the university, where he acts as an ambassador and advocate in engaging with the SME sector and students. This includes mentoring, career guidance, fostering business ideas, student projects, talks, seminars and workshops.
His appointment is to support Mente and the board in building their franchise model and scaling the business with robust advice and guidance.
Former Premier League footballer Clarke Carlisle has joined as a brand ambassador at Mente.
Clarke played for clubs such as Watford and Burnley, as well as his hometown of Preston, in a football career that spanned from 1997 to 2013. Following his own mental health battles, he is passionate about raising awareness and improving services for mental health.
Clarke supports Mente in raising awareness through his continued work in the mental health space.
Clarke has been very open about his own struggles with depression and has discussed how he has previously attempted to take his own life. Following lots of time working with mental health professionals and through the support of those around him, he has recently said that the worst of his mental health troubles are now behind him.
Amber Cornwell - Joseph

Amber is a fully trained mental health first aider and has a full understanding of mental illness and how it can be managed.
With a background in the British military, she is no stranger to the issues that can arise when mental ill health can change your career path.
Amber ensures everything runs smoothly for businesses and their employees are signposted to the most appropriate services.
Studying an undergraduate degree in psychotherapy and counselling at the University of Central Lancashire, Amber is hoping for a career working with teenagers and young adults and hopes her career with Mente will allow her to empower others with her personal experience.
Research & Development Officer
Katie joined the company in July 2017 under the unite business project with Lancaster University. She is currently sitting her master’s degree at Ulster University and continues to work for Mente on all their research papers in her free time.
Katies continues to bring experience from her degree training in psychology as well as a year-long placement at Barnardos, where dealing with young people with poor mental health was part of her daily work.
Katie studied an undergrad degree in BSc Psychology at Lancaster University and is currently studying an MSc in Applied Psychology (Mental Health & Psychological Therapies), alongside training to be a PWP (psychological wellbeing practitioner).
Research & Development Officer
Zoe joined Mente in July 2018 after graduating from Lancaster University with a degree in Marketing with Psychology. Alongside this, Zoe has helped with marketing for two animal charities, which developed her skill set further. She hopes to be able to apply her knowledge and experience in both marketing and psychology to help Mente to continue to thrive.
Zoe is passionate about ensuring that direct and meaningful action is taken in the area of mental health so that positive changes can be made to people’s wellbeing. She is also keen to help employers to see that promoting good mental health practice in their organisation will benefit their business performance.
