  • How do I start?

    If you would like to know more, please fill out our contact form and we’ll get back to you. We’ll call you and discuss the product and walk you through a desktop demonstration. If you wish to proceed with Mente, you can fill out the application form on our website. Then, we will email you your login details. We offer full support in getting you and your team on the system.

  • What do I need?

    An internet connected PC, Mac, tablet or smart phone device that is running a recent version of the Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

  • How do I access the portal?

    Mente is a hosted platform and can be accessed anytime and anywhere from any device.

    The web portal can be found at Mente Portal where employers and employees can access their own private portal. All you need is the username and password. 

  • How much does it cost?

    Subscriptions start as low as £10 per month, with a one-off set up fee making our system affordable for all businesses.

    An annual licence fee of £100 applies for operating system, first year fee included in set up administration cost.

    All sums payable under the contract are exclusive of VAT.

  • Can we cancel if no longer needed?

    Sure, just drop us a note and we will suspend the payment until you want to come back. All your data is stored in the portal until you request full deletion.

  • Are the courses accredited?

    Yes, all our digital courses are accredited by a recognised industry body. Our workshops are only delivered by IOSH or similarly certified trainers.

  • Can we white label the portal?

    Yes, for a small fee you can:

    • Add your logo to represent your brand.
    • Create personalised and bespoke courses, surveys and resources.
  • How long do the courses take to do?

    We know everyone is busy so we have kept our courses to approximately 30 minutes. Each course is split into 5-minute bite-sized modules that can be started or stopped at any time.

  • I’ve lost my username and password. What do I do?

    You can request your password on the portal. If you have lost your username, please email us on info@mente.co.uk

  • Do you sell my customer emails?

    Absolutely not. The emails collected by the system are your property and we are GDPR compliant.

  • Is my employee feedback private to us?

    Yes, we would never use your individual data or discuss this with anyone. 

  • Do we need IT Support?

    No, Mente will provide you with a unique URL that employees can access from any device. However, if you wish to integrate our URL into your website, your web team may charge you a small fee for this work.

  • Are your host services in the UK?

    Yes, our host services are with a trusted partner where your data is secure and protected and never leaves the UK.
